Setia Kanika (Bright Beginning Kids)

Observation

Infant Tylenol (2-3 years) and Ibuprofen (2-11 years) were at the facility for one child, with the child's name written on the box. The Tylenol had expired 12/2022. A hand written note was availabe, but did not include the details as outlined in this WAC. A summary from the doctor visit was available, but did not include all details necessary. (5/22/23 this child is currently out of the country, will return at the end of May. The medication will be removed from the program.)
