0145(1) Daily inspection needed before children can play outside. Yard needs to be free of hazards. The licensor observed objects and hazardous spray containers outside of sliding door. 0145(3) There are no shaded areas. 0145(7)(8), Wooden gate is broken, does not close or deter people without permission from entering outdoor space that leads to childcare. Gate is off the hinges with multiple exposed nails.
