Director did not have access to all cpr/first aid cards as staff files were not complete with all required infomation. Director stated that her file was missing documents and that she could not locate where the previous Director put them and it is the same with other staff filre. Verification could not be recorded in Merit. Staff have not had repeated training for Blood Borne Pathegonsin pursant to washington state department of labor and industties.
