Observation

Plastic bags and rubber gloves viewed accessible in 1 pre-k bathroom and in 1 preschool bathroom downstairs. Director corrected the violations during the visit. 3 out of 5 rooms, noted that the windows were open more than 3 1/2 inches, but wide open. 3rd floor PK room, lower floor infant and toddler room. One outlet, had many cords viewed plugged into multi adapter, it does not appear to be a surge protector and cords are not plugged directly into the wall. Surge protector viewed accessible to children by the window in a younger preschool classroom downstairs.
