Observation

Staff were missing documentation of Medication Training via MERIT. There are children with diaper ointments and there is no paperwork/medication authorization form for the diaper ointments. There was one child with vasaline and the vasaline lacks the required information of amount, age etc. the medication authorization form willl require a dr. signature.
