Observation

At the time of on-site inspection, there was a plastic bag in the "art/cultural room." At the time of on-site inspection, there were three sheds that were unlocked and accessible to children, posing an entrampment hazard. At the time of on-site inspection, there was a stone pedastal for a bird bath that was heavy and easily tippable. At the time of on-site inspection, the indoor temperature was 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
