Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor measured the depth of the wood chips surrounding a climbing play structure and a slide with stairs to be less than 6in. Climbing play structure was measured to be 3ft 4in tall. Slide was measured to be 2ft 2in tall. Slide did not have 6ft fall zone clearance surrounding it.
