Licensor observed a diswasher stored outdoor in the childcare space and pose a hazard. 0145 (1)(6)(8)(9) Wood fence had broken and missing panels in poor condition allowing gaps and openings between the fence post that allow children to exit off the premises and onto the neighbors property. Fire pit not secured and contained debris accessible to children.
