110-400-0165(2)(c) Licensee has a hose in the back yard that is capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee has broken red lattice on the deck bottom corner that is splintered edges that needs to be repaired or removed. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has flaking paint on the bathroom trim, back sliding door trim, and around the bathroom door jam area.
