The most recent on file was done on 7/26/2024. -0170 (3)(a) There is a propane tank, as you exit the outdoor area; it is in unlicensed space (outdoors), but it is considered accessible since the gate is not locked. -0170 (3)(c) The vent by the kithchen has visible accumulation of lint and dust. -0170(3)(d) You had a wax candle plugged in during childcare hours. -0170 (3)(f) You do not have the eletric fire place information showing that you do not use it or its annual inspection if you do use it.
