Proveedora no cumplio con requisito segun WAC 110-300-0175 (1) para garantizar la seguridad de los ninos, ya que no tenia bien cercado, y eso permitia que el arroyo estuviera accesible el dia 26 y 27 de Septiembre. -0175 (5) Ya que tenia parte del cerco removido al area del vecino, el arroyo con agua estaba accessible el dia 26 y 27 de Septiembre./ Since part of the fence that leads to the neighbors fence, was removed, the water creek was accessible on the 26th and 27th of September.
