Observation

During the onsite inspection the kitchen was accessible to children. No child safety measures were present to avoid burns or entrapment for the stove, dishwasher, or refrigerator. Provider reports she will order a gate to make the area inaccessible to children. It appeared the outlet next to the sink in the bathroom was not GFCI.
