Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(b) Third bedroom observed to have window blinds. Provider was using this unlicensed bedroom to sleep a child without authorization. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(c) Light bulbs in the family room observed to not be shatter proof. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a) Provider will need to update outlets on the third bedroom will need to have to be Tamper Resistant (TR) before it can be added to the licensed area. Provider was using this unlicensed bedroom to sleep a child without authorization.
