Observation

A gate in the outdoor play area has sharp/splintery edges accessible to children. There is foldable chair in the outdoor play area accesssible to children which poses a pinching hazard on the metal edges. Two outlets near the kitchen sink are not GFCI/Tamper Resistan and one outlet has a multi-outlet plugged into into it.
