In Merit, she has listed the training completed as self entered, Licensor could not verify completed as no document was available to view. Newly hired Director did not have her file onsite to verify that she has taken BBP Training, it is listed in Merit as self-entered and could not be verified during the visit as no document was available to view. Newly hired Director did not have her file onsite to verify that she has taken First Aid/CPR Training. In Merit, it is verified that she has not taken the training.
