Observation

2 bottles of medication (controlled substance) first bottle was observed stored in a locked pouch left in a cabinet with wide open unlocked doors making the pouch accessible to children. The cabinet is located in the school hallway under a set of stairs. Second bottle was observed inside the first aid backpack, not locked in anyway but randomly placed inside the backpack. The backpack was observed accessible to children on a cafeteria table.
