Storage cabinet doors were observed fully left open and unlocked. Cleaning supplies and prescribed controlled medication observed accessible to children. All storage cabinets are stored under stairs and accessible to all with access to the area. All storage cabinets, all accessible to children, were open left wide open and unlocked. All inside contents observed accessible to children.
