Complete files were not available for review during visit. J.Z and J.K had partial files nad M.M had no file at all. J.Z attempted to gain access but was not able to obtain complete directions on how to access the files via the online system(s). J.K. and M.M just started onsite this week. Complete file for J.K was not available and no file for M.M for the licensor to review. Neither staff is attached to the MERIT J.K. and M.M did not have documentation of CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers and BBP in a file nor is it reflected on the MERIT page as verified. J.Z. was missing a current BBP card.
