Observation

(1) The emergency preparedness plan that was reviewed was missing the evacuation location in all applicable sections (flood, volcano, tsunami, landslide or mudflow), what the school-age program must do if parents are not able to get to their children for up to three days, and what the provider would do if the provider has an emergency and children may be left unsupervised.
