Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed two EpiPens in the locked medication storage bag, and asked Lead Counselor Harcy Angeles to review children’s Individual Care Plans (ICP) for the dietary allergies. Angeles stated that the program did not currently have ICP’s for the children onsite, and have been requesting the information from parents. (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe Individual Care Plan’s available for Department review, or the school-age program confidentially posted food allergies in the food preparation/storage area. (4)
