Observation

Three staff members have not completed Basic training and the staff members that have not completed Basic training have not completed trainings for mandated reporting, emergency preparedness, and families experiencing homelessness. During the onsite visit, one staff member who has not completed Basic training was observe unsupervised with a group of 12 children. During the onsite visit, a staff member said the a staff member who does not have CPR/First aid sometimes works unsupervised with children.
