WAC 110-301-0106(8): At the time of the site visit staff members BM, LM, HI, and NK did not have verification of annual bodily fluid training. WAC 110-301-0106(9)(a)(b)(i)(ii): Staff member LM did not have verification of current CPR/First aid training at the time of the site visit.
