WAC 110-301-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the storage room door was left wide open making chemicals/cleaners and wipes (that say keep out of reach of children)accessible to the children. WAC 110-301-0260(3): At the time of the site visit the storage room had a door that was left open making chemicals/cleaners accessible to the children as well as storage items to include three rolling racks of chairs (with height above five feet), five propped up oblong tables against the wall, and wipes that say keeps out of reach of children.
