Observation

(1)(a) There were 3-step bottles in a low cupboard that was unlocked that were accessible to the children in the Bumblebees (toddler) classroom. There was also wipes that were labeled "keep out of the reach of children" that were accessible to the children in this classroom. There were wipes that were labeled "keep out of the reach of children" by the toilet that were accessible to the children in the Butterflies (toddler) classroom and the same wipes were accessible to the children in the JK (4s and 5s) classroom.
