Provider has a current card but it was not obtained through the health department. - This was corrected on 8/23/23 when Provider completed the food card through the local health department. 0106(8) - Amanda does not have current safe sleep training. - This was corrected on 8/23/23, when Amanda completed the safe sleep training.
