A plastic outlet plug cover was observed being used in the innovators' room (Full day room) at the time of inspection (Posing risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion). A broken hinge was observed on a cabinet in the innovators' room (Full day room) at the time of inspection that requires repairing.
