Observation

Cords of cell phone chargers were observed in the licensed area that posed a strangulation hazard and were accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Gardening hose in the outdoor was observed in the outdoor area that posed a tripping hazard and was accessible to children a the time of inspection. A large size hole on the wall was observed in the living room area that was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
