0260(1)(a) Behind the children’s bathroom unlocked mirror and in multiple areas of the house such as a kitchen counter, there were prohibited substances labeled “keep out of reach of children” such as VapoRub, multiple lip balms, hand sanitizers, Cicaplast cream, and topical analgesic with Mentholatum; they were all in the reach of the children.
