0165(2)(c) There were some phone cords in the kitchen, cords on some toys, and tv that need to be inaccessible. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags in the toy area, art, and craft supplies, and in the kitchen cabinets. 0165(3)(a) The fence outside had splintered edges and must be repaired. 0165(3)(e) There were some tripping hazard bricks and rocks outside area. 0165(5)(a) The outlets were not tamper-resistant throughout the home. 0165(5)(b) The outlets near the sink in the bathroom and kitchen sink were not GFCI outlets.
