(2)(c) There was a charger accessible to the children in the T-2 classroom and there was a charger and computer cords that were accessible to the children in the Preschool 2 classroom. (2)(d) There were plastic bags in an unlocked cupboard in the diaper changing/toileting area that were accessible to the children in the Waddler classroom. (3)(a) There were adult scissors in the teacher's area that were accessible to the children in the Pre-K classroom.
