Observation

Licensor Robertson observed an infant asleep in the swing. The staff JH did not prioritize moving this infant to a proper sleep equipment until the licensor explained the need to do so and observed that it was done at the time. The infant asleep in the swing was also wearing a bib which came off on the way to the crib.
