Observation

Front load Washer and dryer machine door was observed open, garden sheers were observed within child reach, no saftey locks were observed on dish washer and oven.Plug in cords were observed throughout the space not secured, the air purfier was observed on top of a table/desk not secure, with a unsecure cord. Technical asssitance was provided to recheck water temp, as it read at 120 degrees exactly.
