Durante la visita, proveedora tenia nina de cuatro anos en la silla alta de comer ya que dice no se queda quieta y no come, si no la sienta ahi. Proveera esta usando metodo de restriccion. / During vistit, provider sat a four year old child on a high chair, since she stated child does not stay still and does not eat if not placed there. Provider is using child restrain method.
