Observation

No tenia la puerta (gate) del area de afuera asegurada, para no permitir acceso a personas no autorizadas que entren al area ya que tenia dos personas que trabajaban en reemplazar el revestimiento (siding) de la casa. / The licensed outdoor play area was not enclosed to deter people without permission from entering the area. There were two people working on the house siding and gate was left wide open.
