Observation

0145 (1) The Licensor observed an exposed plumbing pipe protruding from the ground that was not covered or secured, posing multiple safety hazards. The open pipe could allow children to place their hands or objects inside, increasing the risk of injury or contamination, and also presents a tripping hazard if left unaddressed. The Licensor observed that the self-latching mechanism on the gate/door was not functioning0145 (11) properly and failed to latch securely. This may pose a safety risk by allowing unauthorized access or preventing proper containment of children in designated areas.
