0166(4)(e) - The licensor observed the only bathroom available to children to be on a landing that is 9 stairs up from the first floor of the home. The window in the space is too high to be used as an emergency exit, one would need to go down the stairs and out through the front or back door for emergency purposes. The provider has since had a review from the fire department and will be submitting a waiver for WAC 110-300-0166(4)(a).
