Observation

Blinds with cords were observed in licensed space window. Washer and dryer was not locked and accessible to children. Some rugs were observed to be lifted, causing a tripping hazard. Light in bathroom space was not working. Water temperature was obsered to be higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Outlets in dining space were not tamper-resistant.
