Observation

During on site annual inspection for 2023-2024 fiscal year, licensor Anita Stewart observed a lit melted wax scented burner. Mary Ann Jones observed a lit candle. Both were accessible to children. Provider blew out candle in front of Mary Jones and scented wax in front of Anita Stewart on site. Provider will remove and not use during childcare hours. This violation discussed with provider on site.
