Observation

There was a large bottle of hand sanitizer on the bathroom counter accessible to the children and shampoo in the bathtub that was down low and accessible to the children. There was a toilet bowl plunger and brush next to the toilet and accessible to the children. There was a motorized edge trimmer in the area that the children have been going through to get to the playground.
