3)b)ii) There is a hot water tank and furnace in the closet in the small kitchen near classrooms 1, 2, and 3. The closet door does not lock and the kitchen area is accessible to children. 3)b)ii) There is an instant water heater accessible in the cabinet under the handwashing sink in classroom 2. There is a magnetic latch on the cabinet, but it is not latching properly.
