0260(1)(a): Glass cleaner, Febreeze air freshenr and tack glue labeled "Keep out of reach of children" was observed accessible to children in the cabinet under the sink in Primary, Room 1. Swiffer wet wipes labeled "keep out of reach of children" were observed accessible to children in Primary 2, Room 5 in the cabinet under the sink. Isopropyl alcohol was observed accessible t children in the cabinet under the sink in Primary 3, Room y. All were made inaccessible immediately. 0260(2)(a)(b): The laundry room/janitorial room was observed open, the door propped by this licensor. It contained bleach, cleaners, a wet mop, a vacuum and open washing machine and dryer doors. It was shut and locked immediately. 0260(5): A wet mop was observed in the bathroom in Room 8. It was made inaccessible to children immediately. A toilet plunger was observed in the bathroom of Primary 3.
