Observation

Wires are observed in outdoor space accessible to children. Provider needs to attach all wires to the walls or or cover them in order for wires to not create a loop around children's neck. Provider needs to secure all cubbies that are not stable which are causing a tipping hazard. Outlet in bathroom does not have GFCI outlet. Provider needs to replace outlet and place one that is GFCI and tamper resistant.
