Provider and assistant EC has CPR/First Aid and Blodborne pathogens are expired on MERIT. Provider provided licensor with CPR/First Aid and Bloodborne pathogens but neither of these cards had names on them and licensor was unable to verify items. Food worker card is showing expired on MERIT for assistant, EC. Safe sleep training has not been taken by provider and assistant, EC since 2021.
