0260(5) Provider has lawn maintenace ladder next to the house. 0260(1)(b) The green cabinet just outside the back door has plant food, and the shower in the restroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash that are not inaccessible to children. Provider moved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash to the top shelf to make inaccessible to children.
