White wooden crib has no safety sticker or documentation and must be removed from licensed area unless documentation of safety compliance is provided to licensor. 2 month old observed sleeping in car seat during visit and was only removed from the car seat when licensor alerted the assistant Ayan of the safe sleep violation.
