Observation

A knife with sharp edges in the kitchen drawer was observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). In the kitchen area, the blank plate cover for a non-tamper resistant outlet was observed to be undone and it was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
