2)c) On 5/19/2025, a laptop computer cord was observed laying on a low shelf in the playroom, and another cord was hanging down from the shelf above the television. Both of the cords were accessible to a young child in care. The cords were long enough to be capable of forming a loop around a child's neck, posing a hazard of strangulation. The licensee removed these cords during the licensor's visit. 5)g) On 5/19/2025, a surge protector power strip was observed on a low shelf in the playroom, accessible to a young child in care. The licensee removed the surge protector power strip during the licensor's visit.
