110-300-0470(a) Provider stated that they performed monthly fire and evactuation drills but does not have them posted or available when requested. 110-300-0470(b) Provider stated that they performed earthquake, lockdown, or shelter in place drill every three months but does not have them posted or available when requested. 110-300-0470(c) Provider does not have posted emergency drills reflecting the times of day they were conducted 110-300-0470(d) Provider does not have posted emergency drills on a department form showing date and time of drills, the number of children who participated, the length of the children, and notes about how the drill went and how it could be improved.
