0165(2)(c) Charging cables were stored in accessible drawers in Infant room and Toddler 1; they were both moved to out-of-reach cabinets during the visit. There is a loose phone cable in Toddler 2 above the sink which needs to be attached to the wall to prevent children from pulling it out. 0165(2)(d) There were accessible plastic bags in the bathroom in Preschool 1. They were moved to a locked closet during the visit. 0165(4)(f) There is a stairway built into the playground area that does not have handrails or any kind of safety gate to block access to infants and toddlers. Program said this stairway is not used and may block off all access.
