Observation

Licensor observed an electrical cord in the main play space next to the children's book shelf that was accessible to children and capable of forming a loop, posing a strangulation hazard. Licensor observed a plastic bag in the main play space in a basket with children's toys, and a plastic bag filled with trash on the playground. Licensor observed the outdoor storage shed was unlocked and accessible to children posing an entrapment hazard. Licensor observed the window screen in the back window located above a child size table to be broken and capable of opening more than three and one-half inches. Licensor observed the bathroom sink water temperature to be 150.2 degrees F.
